Can somebody look at it please? With evade at 100%, after picking Evasive and Gnomish Tactician, I still evade anything extremely rarely, maybe 3-5% at the most, and that's probably generous. On a previous char that was Arial with 100% evade and Evasive it seemed much, much easier to evade stuff, like 15-20%. My impression was that the Tactician makes the gnome evade like an arial, was I completely wrong? (No other factors at play, wis and all stats are maxxed).
