So,

I kind of started playing again half-way through the availability of frost giants. I missed out on goblin raiders. Centaurs...not really my cup of tea. Anyways, I was wondering why these races couldn't take up a more permanent residence? If anything they simply add more variety, and when it comes to races/classes the more the better!

Is the any balance/etc reason why they remain seasonal? I mean, 'ICLY' winter wouldn't last that long..etc.
