Skydance - Does this mean the arial has to be flying in a place that is "flying" only or would require the spells of flight or skill of it?

Over Malice - Does it not work for those who use sneak and hide? Or is it reduced/diminished if you hide/sneak too much?

IIRC, flying (by any means) and outdoors.

This is one of the few edges I neither designed nor coded but I'm 90% sure it's about not stalking or maybe not stalking or marking and that hide/sneak are not relevant.
