syntax: commune 'dark pact'

Evil healers can call upon their dark deity to form a pact between themselves
and a single trusting individual. The pact allows the healer to utilize their
healing and curative abilities at maximum power upon the recipient, in return
for mental, spiritual and physical strength drawn the other way through the
dark pact. The healer can remove the dark pact by communing it upon themselves.

So in a nutshell...
You heal other people as well as you heal yourself (this was changed several years ago to give minor and medium penalties to neutral/evil healers to make goodie healers more appealing and empire healers less effective).

When you heal your pactmate they can suffer a minor negative affect (like minus a few save or hp or dam) For each negative they sustain you get a positive (so you get stacking small bonuses to various stats as you drain them from your pact mate)

I think but am not totally sure that you can ALWAYS see the person you have a pact with (that might just be the goodie/neutral flavor of the pact though)
