I'm not sure where reputation is used. (I'd kinda like to know.)

Sitting here at random healer getting refreshes and bless (and this healer seems to love me for no reason)...maybe this could key on reputation. Good healers better for good reputations, ignoring evils, less concerned with neutrals. Nature vs city healers doing similar things.
