I think it would be a great change to deathblow that you can only DB hits with weapons you are spec'd in.

DB should be for warriors only. And only for their weapon specs. And even then it should only work on the Day of Thunder. Plus, when it does fire it should drain 100 hp, mana and move from the berserker, even if the attack does not actually land.
Or, I guess it should just be left as it is and we can all realize that the occassional berserkers landing kills with a DB on their h2h strikes is not really that big a deal.

If you parry/riposte a deathblow, it should come back 2 fold on the person doing the deathblowing.
