I don't know if it'd be hard to code or not, but is there any way we could put a tag on note list like (*** note*** Read?: Y or N).

Mass notes would obviously be excluded, but it'd be cool to see if you sent a note to someone and if they've read it or not. Like trying to catch someone that doesn't match your times, or personal notes to IMM's for empowerment/rp/etc.

Anyways, just clicked in my head that it could be useful if it wasn't difficult for you guys and wanted to ask.
