Hi...
I rarely post something here but now i really want to ask something..
This is a balanced game, good X evil, light X dark and all those things right?? so.. I though.. While Empire came back to "rule" the world, there must be something to balance that... what!?!
ENTROPY!!!

well.. I really misses Entropy... I want it back.. AHHH!!!!

Sure even back then we had our share of chaotic stupid characters, but they never seemed to be so numerous until induction was taken out of mortal hands.

I thought Entropy first age was probably the worst cabal ever. Because you get to couple chaotic stupid WITH first age RP. I just remember some stupid char named Tiger who kept spamming on the CB channel every time it crashed "Stah crusah crash crash!" Really pathetic.

There was a character in Entropy and whenever I saw him on, I could predict his actions to a T. He would come into the inn, dopple the first person he saw, jumble their words, then run to Galadon screaming, "I'm this person, I'm an idiot!" I was happy when Entropy disappeared, and with the Outlanders, well, I haven't really interacted with many of them, but they certainly aren't just trying to be annoying.

Some people wake up every day thinking the world is going to make sense. How fun would that be anyway?

Outlander is the perfect cabal for anarchy minded characters. In fact if you aren't chaotic you get punished(*Yeah I'm still bitter about that Valg*). Seriously though, Outlander is like a blend of Sylvan and Entropy without the chaotic stupid.

no more chaotic stupid characters. Those guys pissed me off. They all acted like mentally deificient children, i dont know what they got RP rewards for. Well not all, but most. There were people who rolled one chaotic stupid character after another. Entropy is good where it is, dead. Outlander is doing fine, just needs a bit of tweaking.

Part of the design goals for Outlander was to cover the chaotic ethos and encompass some of the types of roles Entropy used to support. Another design goal was to exclude certain types of roles that didn't fit well in a cabal structure.

While nothing is written in stone, Outlander's presence makes the creation of another Entropy-like cabal unlikely, especially given our reasons for removing Entropy in the first place.

Why was Entropy removed anyway? It seemed to me it didn't really have any purpose as a cabal other than to be as purely chaotic and random as possible... I guess an organized group of anarchists is an oxy-moron, maybe that's why, I dunno. So... Why was Entropy removed?
