"This technique takes considerable time to master" I read this line from the helpfile and in an OOC light took it to mean that the skill would improve somewhere around the rate of concealed attack, or backfist. When, actually, the skill improves very rapidly. Is it meant to be hard and miscoded, is the helpfile inaccurate, or does that line in the helpfile really just mean in a big picture kind of way it takes a warrior a long time to master (because the skill isn't obtained until the 46th level) ?

I undershot the difficulty at first- it's a very hard skill check, but high-level warriors get a lot of attacks so it's checked nearly constantly. It's a work in progress- there aren't any comparable skills to base the math off of.
