Something like this would be long-term, I'm guessing, so no point in suggesting during Santa Zulgh.
Anyway, there are a lot of flaws never used, but people would probably pick them if they opened up edges later when the character can choose them. For instance, "Death Taboo" might allow the "corpse decayer" edge where you've learned to deal with your flaw of not touching corpses by carrying around acids to dissolve corpses, at the risk of destroying some of the items inside the corpses.
This could also add a new avenue for "Team Edge". We've been told that we're never going to have vampires or werewolves, but you could have a flaw with a severe disability throughout the character's life (you get a bloodthirst-like effect randomly that makes you attack people around you). At level 51, you have the opportunity to take a very expensive lycanthrope/lesser vampirism edge with whatever specific bonuses. Adds the possibility of a ton of new flavor without having to massively tweak game mechanics.
