How about a hitcabal toggle that allows you to hit cabal members with area spells/songs if you so wish?

Not only does it make alot of sense, but it'd also be very helpful in situations where cabal members are supposed to hit each other. Rager bards in the rites come to mind. Same could be done for groups.
