Can any Imm confirm, at all, that Dervishdance success is based on dex?

Also, can it be used with a bow for a hunter bedouin?

Little project in the works so I am curious to know.

I had it on a str human. Once it was perfected pretty much always got all the hits vs everyone all the time. You can do it with a bow.

I was a big fan of ambush;dervish fair amounnt of damage pumped out right away. Even more if you can manage to blind them before
