Seeing as spheres is something that often confuses newer players, I think you should consider lowering the level where you have to choose a sphere to 10. That way the puzzled newbies can use the newbie channel to ask for help on the subject.

Of course, you could extend the newbie channel to 11 but that's a worse idea for a couple obvious reasons.
