I would add planeskipper for sure, and probably rapid response if you're cabaled. I also liked to take remedy pestilence because plague can be hard to cure, and rouser and remedy curses because those can be critical in a rescue operation.

I would also add a tip for getting Awakened Spirit because that's the big one. I love it because it makes it so my verbose gnomes never have to sleep. If you use a client make an alias for sl to nap;sleep. If you use it every time you sleep it goes up pretty fast.
