It's looking like I might have some time to return with a new character, and talking about a thief made me itch to roll one. However, I was wondering if anyone knows, or has an idea, what affects parting block (size, str, dex, skill %, etc)? Debating a couple builds and wanted to know before I decide on a char. Thanks for any help!
