Felar get a bonus to damage.

1. Does it make up for the -8 str compared to a fire giant?

2. Hand specs get a bonus I assume as well?

3. Hand spec skills more based on str or dex? Seems like iron hands/vital/stun/crushing blow probably mostly based on str?

4. Does size affect any of these skills? Thinking crushing blow might?
