There's been some discussion on the other forum about this legacy.

I think the two main questions boil down to:
- Will you get much use out of it as a low dex race (e.g. giant sword spec),
- Does it increase damage in any fashion whatsoever, other than the indirect effect of weapon removal or stat reduction? i.e. Does it make a hit do extra damage?
