So after reading dios I realized that for the last 12 months I had totally forgotten the lyceum even existed in CF. Thinking back I stopped bothering to use it anymore for 2 reasons.
1.) People stopped asking questions about the details of stories in it for cabal induction.
2.) The herald cabal more or less hasn't existed for years so unless someone has the title high herald I never knew who to ask for vouching and even praying for vouching had become hit or miss.
Solution
1.) Remove vouching
2.) Start chronicalling global quests in the lyceum and possibly planting information there about current quests on the regular.
or really just 1 would be super fantastic

Vouching is here to stay. It's there for rp reasons. I wouldn't say that Herald hasn't existed for years. I would, however, agree that it seems like it doesn't exist when a high herald isn't around regularly. This is the same for any leaderless cabal. If you think you have what it takes to be a high herald, please roll something up. I'm available for imm inducts in the AM.

Put some kind of a mob function on the librarian in the lyceum that allows you to request the entry. The librarian would then tell on Herald CB that X is requesting entry to the lyceum or something like that. Then any online Herald could do the vouching.
