If you have the wise recovery edge will this legacy give you
the extra healing based on your wisdom? I found found
speculation saying yes and no on the other forum and didn't
have much luck finding anything on this.  Any other info on
the legacy is also welcome but this is my main concern. I'd
like to find out before choosing it with low con and finding
out my high wis and wise recovery don't matter with this
legacy. Thanks for the help.
