Would it be possible to open the Sects pits to be able to be looted? I understand that the Empire wants to stop sect members from looting the pit and donating, effectively boosting their own status from doing nothing.. but then again, I'm sure all Cabals would like a protected pit

If anything, how about you allow people of other cabals/non-caballed to loot them?
