Ok, I know that there is this new-fangled thing where newbies
can't enter many areas.

But, other than that, is there a mechanism that would prevent
a non-ghost char under lvl 11 from getting obs xp in certain
places?

I've never had a char that has even bothered with any kind of
obs xp. But, I know my way around blindfolded 95% of cf....I
was thinking of putting some effort into some obs xp.  

And, since I have heard (is it true?) That the obs xp you get
for a certain thing is higher the lower level you get it (Or,
is it just lower if you go above a certain lvl...but not
higher if you go younger?)....I can think of a whole bunch of
areas to go look at pre-pk that wouldn't be overly deadly from
mob aggro, and even some more that would be very deadly...but
I can navigate the danger fairly well.

Also...Do things like invis/duo/hide/camo effect obs xp?  I am
pretty sure you can't get it while a ghost, but what about
those things?
