Question about this.

Does this have a tier system? If so, is there an absolute limit to the tiers or is it limited only by practical limit of gear available?

Would anyone have an idea how much damage reduction is possible?

...and the max you can really get is about 30% DR.

This is all as far as I know/remember, though.

When I've had it as chars, I have simply not worried about maxing out on AC - generally if you've got decent eq in the right slots, it'll have decent AC. Just gear for whatever you'd normally gear for (+str, +dam, saves, +CHR for your pimpdaddy Herald warrior, whatever) and essentially take the legacy for "20-30% dam reduction, always".
