The help file for wood-elves says they're better at certain natural things.

How does this come into play for the druid class?

Is it an across the board thing where all your communes are just better? Or only certain ones?

Essentially, they're treated in some cases as having one more herb in a category than they actually have.

This tends to bring up their currently low/neglected areas and not do so anything for herbs that are already high.
