The help file for these sups say that an evil cleric can not dispel evil, however, I have heard (read) in several places that indeed they can. Can someone clear this up please?

Can evil clerics use dispel evil?

The help file for these sups say that an evil cleric can not dispel evil

The helpfile was incorrect, and has been updated to reflect the current function of the comune.
