Is this Legacie light dependant?

Is it Terrain dependant?

What stat's favor it?

And has it changed since say Tallanallas some 3 or four years ago? Because it was a terrible choice for an elf sword/dagger spec back then in that it never fired and when it did, it was an evade with a normal hit.

As near as I can remember without looking...

Darkness is good (with being indoors being better than out in sunlight if it comes to that), dex is good, and quiet move / autosneak are helpful.

I got a lot of mileage out of this legacy with an elf mace/spear with stsf as secondary. Its not the I win button but it did kick in quite a bit. That being said I think the helpfile is a little misleading in the way it implies you may get more than one attack on the response.

I had it on a drow right when legacies first came in and I remember it kicking ass. Then I took it with an elf not long ago and it was kind of worthless. It makes me wonder if for some reason this legacy optimizes on drow.
