There were newsletters in which you'd learn of the changes + which race/class was either in power or weakest. I've joined the newsletter though never had one.

I'd like to know this:

Which race is in power?
Which race is more rare?
Which class is in power?
Which class is more rare?

As for the cabals, we can see this with the Cabal War.
