These are skills that people spam practice off one practice anyway.

example: Prac sneak
sneak is now 100%

When you are just short of a level and want some exp but don't want to go out and get it, you can sit in your guild and spam a few percent in sneak, or hide, or peek, or gentlewalk, or discerning gaze. Notice a common theme here though?
