That they just made it not purchasable because it's a pretty great dagger at such low ranks, but the trapper still has it.

When I had Taruksil I tried to kill him for it but it just evaporates as if he never held it which is weird.. might be a bug. Same thing went for disarming it, but either way, sucks it's gone.
