Well now that skills can actually effect forms might you allow str and dex bonuses from armor to apply when in form? If not then there is no way outside of spells to prevent it. Unless I'm missing something.

At the moment, I'd hesitate to add this. The bonuses from gear don't show up at all for forms and that is the design (except for hp/mana/move obviously). I doubt anyone has yet to determine what the strength and or dexterity loss does, and this just seems like a pre-emptive gripe.
