Are you sure the saving throw against it works properly?

I went and checked my Djabree logs, and it landed 10 out of 10 attempts.. and I was often wearing good svsmental (-30ish). in two of the attempts, I had even offhanded the bard's instrument.

When you add trip lag to it, and lasting fear effect, it seems overpowered.
