#29548, "In-game newbie guide"

I'm surprised with all the push towards becoming friendly, nobody's created an in-game newbie guide/walkthrough. My idea is this:

You have a command that will suggest things for a newbie player to do up to level 10. So for example, a level 1 character types "guide". It would force him to do a "who newbie", tell him exactly which players he could group with, and tell him where he should be leveling (in the Academy, so it it would instruct him to recall, go down, etc). Then, once he gets to level 6, it would instruct him to go to Arendyl or maybe Forest of Nowhere, and give him complete directions from his recall point (maybe a map that he could look at, or a shimmering portal that teleports him one way), explains the consider command, and suggests things to attack (and not attack). Tedium and lack of direction is a big reason of why most of the people I have pointed to this game quit instantly.

Also, another benefit of this is that you can tell who a newbie is by who is typing guide over and over, and you could give avatars the ability to snoop sub-10 players. I think it would be a huge return on time invested.
