They never have any funds to buy anything I try to sell and waiting for a crash to sell stuff is bla...I dont know how anyone else feels about this mabye it can be looked at and made better without making it worse.

Stop trying to sell stuff in Galadon? Go look for out of the way shops, understand what the shopkeeper you are talking to is interested in.
There is a bunch of stuff in place (like a shopkeepers funds aren't all given out at reboot, funds replenish over time, they are smart and use the bank so thieves aren't stealing everything away, etc), and I don't really see the need for more. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

this is just not in galadon, I went to all the other place even the out ot the way spots and still get "I dont have enough gold to buy -insert item- ah well a system is a system thanks for the help Z.

I never managed to sell anything worth more then say 3-5 gold but I am sure there are some obscure merchants that have a bit more gold at hand. After a certain amount you are probably better of just bartering it for something useful though...

I don't know what you're doing wrong but every time I log in I always manage to earn at least 50 gold in let's say 30 minutes. If it takes me that long due to shopkeepers closing due to time, walking around, and getting the stuff together I want to sell.
Hell, worst comes to worst you can even just do what I do sometimes: Get item, sell item, kill shopkeeper, leave to get item again, sell item when shopkeeper repops, kill shopkeeper, rinse, and repeat
