If so, is it veil related? Is it new with the new locations? I never observed it to fail once with my mage, but it is now being disputed (you know where).

It potentially can fail if the Veil is thick enough, but even with the thickest Veil possible it works most of the time.

I don't think I've ever seen the veil reach the Rager Paradise level (longer than 15 minutes, maybe).
