Graatch mentioned a thread on dio's about not liking people entering cabals late. I think I saw that thread but I don't remember what the argument was.

My perspective:
It can be roleplayed perfectly well, so it's not fair to say that it's necessarily bad roleplay. I'm sure some people abuse it and roleplay badly, but that doesn't mean it is inherently untennable.

Is your perspective that you put up with greater challenges in the lower ranks and are rewarded with power in the later ranks? Depending on your playstyle and the cabal in question, being cabaled early can be an advantage and being in the cabal later can be a disadvantage.

But that's just my guesswork. Can you elucidate why you don't like it?
