I haven't played a thief in a while, and while I am somewhat liking the new thief point system I came upon this skill. I have it at 100% now but it still seems very unreliable. I have gone through fights with two NPC enemies, by myself, without this skill landing, which is somewhat odd since it only has one tick lag. Is it so powerful it has to fail so often?
