Does knock-out poison have the same size restrictions as blackjack?

As in: Can a svirf(without enlarge) apply knock-out poison to a giant via inhaled poison?

Any IMMs wanna confirm this? Or is it some kind of uber dragon perk? Or is it simply you cannot use inhaled poisons on something 2+ sizes bigger?

hard for a svirf to reach the face of a giant, would be the justification. It used to not be like this but this was back when inhaled poison had like a 18 hour timer and was superior to blackjack in many many ways. Now they're a *little* more even.
