I guess you could make it an edge, but there are a few giant only weapons that it would be nice to let orcs wield. I realize this is a niche question and it could potentially be an edge, but they are giant size and they would use anything for a weapon I think giving them giant only weapons would be a nice small perk to help them out.

Yeah...that's really it. A conscious decision by the area writer to limit an item to a very select set of people. Not because of how big you are.
