A quest in which hometown guild masters send low level players, perhaps lvl 5-10, on a quest to find their other guilds in the other large cities (or high traffic guilds for druids/rangers). Similar in style to another quest involving the cabal outters.

Cabal outers is more problematic, but for chars over level 11 it could be possible if the reasoning makes sense. The guild guards quest isn't a bad idea, though.

There's already one for cabal outers. He was suggesting a new class-based one where you have to find all your class's guilds around Thera.
