"Conjurers born of an inherently pure and noble race..." Given that elves are the only inherently pure and noble race that can also be a conjurer, does this non-specification in the helpfile indicate that this edge can also apply to a good half-elf?

If so, is this edge of any benefit to a half-elf who has their charisma and int maxed?

I perhaps was too vague in choosing the flavor text for this edge.

Half-elves can be any alignment, thus, this edge is not for them. If we had storm conjurers, they could pick it.
