I recently took the thick vein edge to reduce how much I bleed from dagger/spear spec skills. When in form I appeared to bleed as badly as the other person in my group who had a severed artery. Are edges supposed to work only in human form or was it just bad luck that I bled so badly?

Probably bad luck or other factors modifying the bleeding damage.

All bleeding isn't created equal, for example!
