I wanted an ehren guard character with force duel. Any chance of getting it these days? Through the necessary means, of course.

As with any non-standard class ability, the answer is a resounding "maybe". If you want to play the Ehren role, feel free, but I'd never suggest playing a character based on the hope that a non-standard power will come to you.
