Do these sups still benifit people with parry and shield block at 100% or they only help to increase the skill itself to 100%? Just wondering if there is a benifit to having these sups active all the time or not once you've mastered the defenses.

They're always useful, but they're more useful as your skill is worse.

Pretend it's always averaging the relevant skill with 102% and using that number, and while it's not implemented anything like that you should have a vague idea.

Well, I think it doesn't, not in the direct sence of parry/shield block.

However, it still improves Morale a little bit so it's never really wasted in my mind. And a better morale is good for a lot of other things..

I don't have better infos though.
