I was thinking about how wisdom and intelligence works in improving your skills/spells/etc. From my experience, this is what I've seen.
Having high wisdom allows for you to learn more from your mistakes, percentage wise(1-4%). Having high intelligence let's you learn your spells faster i.e.(you have become better at xxxx). Now if you take the two races that have the highest of two stats mentioned here, gnome (25wis 23int) and elf (21wis 25int), and pit them together in a spamming fest. Which one would learn faster?

Wisdom is not a factor at all in learning as far as I am aware. I haven't touched that code in maybe six months but at that time it definitely was not involved, only intelligence.

Anyone who claims to have seen a 4% improve is on drugs. No offense.
