Any chance of seeing maybe an "Extra Practice" edge, too? I know I've done it in the past of running out of practices, then having new skill show up and kicking myself. Hell, I've gone through almost 10 extra practices than I expected on all these new skills which are cool!

you can always gain revert and get 10 practices for the train you get with the "Extra Training" edge. The scenarion you describe is one of the reasons for coding the new edge.
