You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Some of the special-purpose forums are listed below along with their replacements (as of writing):

#16675, "Addons......heh."

Having been given a years worth of Wow for free, I've spent some time on that game recently.

I've enjoyed some of the, well, data-tracking addons available. (given my propensity to track all-sorts of cf data during my cf play.)

I've worked up bare-bones versions of "Xp per hour" and "Time to level" in zmud triggers (stripped versions of all sorts of data mining triggers I've used for years), just wanted to know if that was ok to post, like on the real life forum or something.

I know almost noone is as anal as I am for wanting to know the nuts and bolts...

But, I've found that knowing those two things, actually do help you to modify your lvling practices, find the best places to rank, see if fighting that harder mob, even though you need to rest more because you use more hp/mana, is worth it... etc.

Some of the answers, actually surprised me.

Just wondering if that sort of thing would be discouraged, if you don't want it posted, I won't.
