I happen to know where its from. :p
Its from a German band called "E Nomine" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_Nomine).
The music is part of a song called "Schwarze Sonne" on the "Die Prophezeiung (Klassik Edition)" album.

There's nothing worse than someone snidely correcting someone else and being wrong in the correction. In the final contest scene where they are debating, Adam Sandler gets the topic literature and the industrial revolution. His evil opponent Bradley Whitford (I like to think of him as Josh Lyman) got the topic of business ethics.

It was after Sandler's literature and the industrial revolution response that he got Zulgh's quote.
