The legacy striking the shadows footfall is obvsiously much better for high int/wis races. My question is this.

Do higher mental stat races both learn faster and reach a higher cap or do they just learn faster.

Theoretically (this is extreme) would a fire giant who does a lot of ahit nd run fighting after a long time see the same benifit that your elf would normally see as they marvel at how well they know someone.
