Is there any reason you cannot effectively scan on the Open Sea? You can do it on the Arynth Ocean, but not there. Would it be an overpowered thing to make it scannable?

I get at least 5 kills on a 250 hour character this way. Usually pesky thieves and assassins trying to sneak up on me.

Is there any reason why water forms there can't swim to underwater rooms there while it is possible in Aryth?
