Make Scion more elite. And religious going along with eshval and muuloc's religions somehow.
Bring back scarab fully, but make sure it stays religious as well.
Split maran and acolytes, keep acolytes a cabal and make them all about helping others. While marans become religious with religion specific powers.
Bring in the mage cabal to fight the village.
Empire and tribunal fights outlanders, but tribunal is more law enforcement in cities based.
Maran vs evils.
Scarab vs goods.
