Have any of you coders ever tried this piece of crap? I have, and it seems I get pounded even WORSE than when not using it and using another partial shift. It doesn't improve your dodging at all, you still get hit by almost every attack a mob has.

Yes.

That's potentially true, especially if you have (for example) low dex.

Edited to add: Or if you're carrying a ton of ####.

It's dodge. Standard dodge concepts apply.
